She is an adjunct professor at Walsh University teaching introduction to women's health.
Jessica has been practicing the Wim Hof Method for over 4 years and has seen profound effects in herself and in her patients and clients. Jessica spends her spare time with her 4 children, practicing Iyengar Yoga, and learning the guitar.
