Jeff has over 20 years experience in federal law enforcement, anti-terrorism, and government administration.  He served sixteen years on active duty in the USAF as a military police officer and later joined the United States Marshals Service where he served as the Administrative Officer for the Eastern District of New York.

Jeff started practicing the Wim Hof Method in 2016 and quickly fell in love with it.  He started sharing the techniques with his friends and family, and then traveled to Poland in June 2022 to become a WHM Advanced Instructor.  Jeff loves teaching the method, meeting new people, and learning about their experiences and adventures.
