Jason is a 200hr RYT, firewalking and Wim Hof Method Instructor and has worked in logistics for the Department of Defense for over the past 10 years.  He has found a deeper connection with his mind and body through the Wim Hof Method as a way to stay healthy and control anxiety.  He is excited to share how the benefits of a strong breath practice and cold exposure, combine with a focused mindset help to improve immunity, decrease inflammation, strengthen circulatory system, release ‘happy’ hormones, reduce stress, burn white fat and build lean brown adipose tissue to keep you warm in the cold, increase stress and pain tolerance, as well as increase energy and focus!  He plans to conduct workshops at least twice a month in the PA and NJ areas to share the benefits of this method! Come join him and discover your ability to voluntarily activate your autonomic nervous system, actively influence your immune response and consciously control your stress and pain response. This practice has huge implications for health and wellness across the globe!!  He is excited and grateful to be able to share this method with you all!!
