Olney, MD, United States
As an Exercise Physiologist by training, martial arts instructor, yoga teacher, and veteran of the United States Marine Corps I have worked with a diverse population of individuals of all fitness levels and health conditions including those with autoimmune diseases, obesity, a variety of other health issues and injury statuses, trauma survivors, as well as competitive athletes. Currently, my primary work is assisting military veterans with navigating and transitioning into the civilian landscape.
I bring a well-rounded background of applying the WHM to improving sports performance of combat-athletes, providing relaxation and team building to overstressed coworkers, as well as experiencing personally the amazing physical benefits and profound spiritual growth and healing by practicing the method.
My goal is to meet each person where they are to ensure their experience with the WHM is positive, while providing the tools needed, through the three pillars, to continue with their own personal practice.
I look forward to partnering with and guiding anyone interested in beginning their journey with the Wim Hof Method, whether it is through private one-on-one coaching or in a group setting.
