Hard drugs were blocking me from my life purpose from a young age and lead to constant misery. For the first time at 22, I felt depression. I got help in nature. In treatment, my coaches lead me thru the breathwork. I felt incredible for the first time in over a decade. We immediately drove to a waterfall in the winter time and we all took the plunge together and that's when my courage within ignited. I decided to make this method a daily practice to add another level to my self care routine. It was natural, relieved my pain from axial spondyloarthritis, and just improved my mood. The positive effect that this method has on the neuropathways of our brain is worth research! After 3 month's of practice and therapy;  I felt like a completely new person with a fresh, focused,  and driven perspective to help others. Healed. Fast forward to where I'm at now! Im 30, and have been working as a wilderness lead guide in the blue ridge mountains of NC, helping a trauma based treatment center for men. I am having such a fun time connecting with clients, discussing the many positive health benefits of becoming practitioners, creating intention-based groupwork to heal trauma, relieve stress, practice building the anterior mid-singulate cortex, and setting achievable goals. I'm grateful to be assisting and sharing the broken by coaching this tool that saved my life. Thank you for your time and energy. Peace, love, care, and healing is available to all!
