Hi, I'm Jane, originally from the West Coast of Scotland but living in Manchester, UK where i run an Open Water Swimming buisness amongst trying to juggle looking after my three young children.

My journey into the WHM was slightly unconventional as I have been involved in cold water swimming for most of my life having swum the English Channel solo and captained two world record breaking relay teams on multiple crossings of the Channel but it was in 2019 when i connected the pillars through the WHM.

The cold water helped me to cope with some particularly traumatic life experiences but it was the breathwork that really helped me face those experiences and work through them.

I love to be in the outdoors, connecting with nature and in the cold and can often be found delivering workshops in Sale, Manchester or in various locations throughout Scotland although i would be delighted to travel.

I offer 1-1 sessions, group sessions and regularly give motivational talks drawing on my sporting experience and how the WHM has helped me to become stronger both physically and mentally.
