I found the Wim Hof method after having been on a wellness journey for about 7 years.  I had been feeling that even as far as I had come on my journey and all the obstacles I had overcome, there was still something holding me back from true transformation.  The WHM showed me my hunch was correct.  Through breathwork and in the ice, I discovered what had been holding me back and was able to connect with myself in a way that I hadn't   thought possible.    

The gift of this method is that nothing can hide from the revealing capacity of the WHM.   

The WHM has helped me dig in to my purpose in life. There was a time I felt truly hopeless and stuck.  Through WHM I wish to share this message with as many people as I can:

No matter who you are, no matter what you've been through; change is always possible, you are not alone and you deserve to heal." 

My intention is to combine all the knowledge I have been grateful to learn, share my story and share how the WHM can lead the way back to a life of joy, happiness and health.
