In the last year I have participated countless times in WHM events, with Wim and other instructors. Evolving my craft, knowledge and experience of the method. Following my purpose. To be the best I can be for when it’s my turn to spread the word. 

Immersing myself every chance I got to push past my limits and enjoy the experience that is the method alongside all the beautiful souls I met along the way. Wim and his method showed me life is worth living. Every time I see Wim, whether it was in the snowy Polish mountains or the Basecamp in Holland, he continues to completely transform and enlighten. 

If I wasn’t participating I was assisting at events to gain as much as I could to share now as a Certified WHM Instructor! I’m honoured.

My hope is to keep emulating the method and everything it stands for, 

‘Happy. Strong. Healthy.’
