The end and the beginning.

I was sent spiraling into depression and anxiety throught the pandemic as my business began to fail, faced with suicidal thoughts and nowhere to turn one day i walked along the beach in the pouring rain and howling winds and decided to go in the water for some strange reason, my daughter was with me that day and the feeling of euphoria i will never forget. i researched more and found Wim Hofs book, i began praticing the Wim Hof Method, the method played a massive part in navigating me through the most difficult period in my life. From that day on i began a new future i didnt know was possible.

Having been to the depths and now living a life of fulfillment and happiness i want to show others there is always a way back from hitting rock bottom or from feeling stuck and lost, using this amazing method we can improve our lives day by day 

The here and the now 

With coldwater exposure and breathwork now a hobby of mine i enjoy working with people to show them how to safely practice the Wim Hof method and use these tools we are all equipped with to enhance our lives.
