I have been involved in the Fitness industry for over 2 decades and have always focussed on the physical body via resistance training, flexibility and nutrition.
It had never dawned on me that focussed breathwork, cold exposure combined with the correct mindset and commitment are paramount to achieving good health, balance and calm to my life.
I only realised this 7 years ago when I started my Wim Hof Method journey. I believe, this method when practised properly, will totally change the way you look at your own health and well-being.
