.Wordchampion in Iceswimming 2020, there becomes my passion for the ice. I will work together with Isabel Einsiedl. Our courses will be mostly in our 2 Hotels in Germany or in the south of Italy. Where we have both best condition for make a Wim Hof Methode camp.
I had the honour to represent my country and participate in the World Championships in Bled, Slovenia 2023. With the help of the Wim Hof Method, I was able to achieve my goal of 3 gold medals
