Siempre estoy interesada en aprender formas de conocerme más profundamente, por eso estudié yoga, nutrición, sanación con cristales, para doula y probablemente seguiré estudiando. Todo lo que voy aprendiendo es para probarlo en mí. Mi idea es que si me funciona y me hace sentido, lo comparto con el mundo, aunque ese paso me había estado costando trabajo. La herramienta que me permitió dar ese brinco y soltarme a compartir, fue el Método Wim Hof. Me ha dado la fuerza suficiente para confíar en lo que hago y mostrar esa autencidad que tanto he ido desenterrando a lo largo de mi vida.

I have always been interested in learning ways to get to know myself deeper. This is why I studied yoga, nutrition, crystal healing, doula and I will probably keep on studying. Everything I learn is to try on myself and my idea is that if it works on me and makes sense I share it with the world. This last step was not flowing easily. The tool that helped me take that leap and loosen myself enough to start sharing was the Wim Hof Method. It has given me enough strength to trust what I do and show the authenticity I have been digging out throughout my life.  

Junto con Caro, una amiga que conocí a través del método formamos una comunidad de mujeres que ya practicaban el método y nos reuníamos en un círculo. Estas reuniones crearon algo poderoso que interesó a más personas y las ganas de expandirlo nos impulsaron a certificarnos. 

Together with Caro, a friend I met through the method, we formed a community of women that already practiced the method and gathered in a circle. These meetings created something powerful that attracted other people´s interest and the desire to expand it encouraged us to get certified. 

Para mí, el método es una maravilla, una práctica que me conecta conmigo y con los demás, que me hace sentir capaz y que principalmente aligera mi vida. Creo que la autenticidad, conexión y ligereza son cosas que a todos nos vendrían bien para poder ir disfrutando del camino. 

For me, the method is wonderful, a practice that connects me with myself and with others, makes me feel capable and eases my life. I believe that we could all use some authenticity, connection and ease to be able to enjoy the journey.
