For more than 20 years, I've been asking big questions about what the human body and mind are capable of, and I'm living my life as an experiment to find out. It was my quest to find a way to deal with chronic pain from a car crash that led me to yoga, meditation, energy healing, earth medicine, and consciousness studies, opening me up to entire worlds of new possibilities.  

When I first saw a video of Wim Hof, his amazing feats and endearing personality captivated my imagination. I thought 'if this guy can do that...I gotta know how.'  Within weeks of practicing the method, my energy returned to a level I had not seen in years, and my long-held fear of cold had transformed into excitement. After several months, my aches and pains were almost gone and best of all, my mood vastly improved. WHM is my 'Fountain of Youth!'  

I am delighted to co-teach workshops alongside my beloved husband and fellow WHM Certified Instructor, Olaf Behrendt.  Sharing our passion for this work exponentializes the benefits and the fun!
