I deeply appreciate the WHM for its simplicity and effectiveness. I know from experience that cold training and breath-work are potent medicine and can bring big challenges and deep discomfort. As a native Texan, who at one time couldn’t swim in "warm" waters - even in the summer - due to hypersensitivity, I understand concerns about cold water immersion. After 8 years of practicing the WHM I now assist in turning those hyper-sensitivities into strengths.
I approach the breath-work the same, through the art of sensitivity and awareness. I aim to meet each Being right where they are as we explore the wonders of unlocking of own innate 'super-human' qualities. My intention in offering the WHM is to support those who seek a deeper understanding of their true selves and the infinite possibilities available to us there.
Individually: Happy, Healthy, Strong.
Universally: Harmonious!
Love,
Elee
Elizabeth Lee (AKA Elee), the founder of LiveLovelee, collided with the healing arts, as many do, from a debilitating accident with an unhopeful prognosis. Through the practices of Wim Hof Method and the Bowspring Method Elee recovered with an invigorated vitality and excitement for sharing these practices with others. Her love for self-exploration, combined with her compelling teaching style, makes Elee a true advocate for lasting transformation and a compassionate guide to our truer selves. She knows firsthand the fear we can face when attempting to grow beyond self-imposed limitations and values the simple but potent gifts of the WHM. Alongside the elegance and precision of the Bowspring's postural alignment system, Elee is a facilitator of increasing the body's ability to breathe optimally and efficiently. These are two are potent pillars in Elee’s methodology, however, her knowledge and certifications extend into early childhood education, nutrition, medical qigong, and therapeutic bodywork. Her intention is to promote and evoke the natural goodness inherent in us all and deepen our love of the planet and one another.
