Soy nadador profesional de aguas abiertas de maratón y ultramaratón, practico el WHM desde hace más de tres años y los beneficios que he obtenido son increíbles!, aprendiendo a respirar correctamente, pasando por ese hermoso y rudo maestro que es que el frío he logrado tener una mente más fuerte, una mentalidad diferente frente a los desafíos del día a día, crear una tolerancia significante al frío, así como también elevar enormemente mi respuesta inmune; realmente ha cambiado mi vida de una gran manera!

I'm a professional marathon and ultramarathon open water swimmer, I've been practicing the WHM for more than three years now, and the benefits I have gotten from it are outsanding!, learning how to breathe correctly, getting throught that beautiful and rough teacher that is the cold has helped me to have a stronger mind, a different mindset towards everyday challenges, creating a significant tolerance to the cold and elevating my inmuse response enormously, it has really changed my life in a great way!.

Como participante lo que puedes esperar de mí es darte atención personal, guiandote durante toda la práctica y brindarte todas las herramientas y explicación detallada de cómo puedes practicar e introducir el WHM en tu vida de una manera segura, divertida y responsable!. Mi objetivo es que te lleves una buena experiencia, darte cuenta del poder que tenemos dentro de nosotros mismos y acceder a lo más profundo de nuestra fisiología!, espero verte en uno de mis talleres!. todo el amor, todo el poder!

As a participant what you can expect from me is to give you personal attention, guiding you through the practice and give you all the tools as a well as a detail explanation on how u can practice and introduce the WHM into your life in a safe, fun and responsible way!, my goal is for you to have a beautiful meaningful experience, to realize the power that we hold within ourselves and to tap into the deepest of our physiology,  hope to see you in one of my workshops!.
