I was on a destructive path begging for help. Depressed, packed with social anxiety and PTSD. Unprocessed childhood trauma, my time in the military as well as a motorcycle crash, all led me to therapy. In this unusual setting I found the Wim Hof Method for the first time. The Light bulb Moment 

That day in therapy, the seed was planted and it grew slowly as I explored the WHM. I started by placing my right hand in ice water regularly. One day climbing Ben More on the Isle of Mull in Scotland I noticed on the descent that one hand was hot and the other was cold. This was my lightbulb moment, there & then I realised I had retrained my capillaries in my right hand using the WHM. The Youtube videos were true. 

The Commitment to Myself

The WHM has become a fundamental part of my life. It has taught me how to truly commit to myself on a daily basis and I am passionate about sharing the WHM.

The proof that the WHM transforms lives. I've witnessed the transformation the WHM has made to the lives of ex-military friends who struggled with mental and physical pain as well as the lives of my friends and family. My 16 year old son now practices the WHM and enjoys its incredible power. 

The Wim Hof Method retrieved what was missing from my life, a connection to myself. Reconnecting to myself on an emotional, spiritual level and reigniting a connecting to nature.
