I worked for several years as a software developer engineer. In the office’s life, I’ve noticed how stress can impact the health especially when you disregard your body’s warnings.
Now I’m fully dedicated to find and learn tools that can help everyone to reconnect with their body, mind to find a healthier balance.
I practise and teach self-confidence coaching, hypnosis, yoga, pranayama, meditation and grounding.
I think that a strong connection to both body and nature is necessary to overcome stress and live a healthy life.
My approach is based on the awareness of the mind/body connection to awaken the sleeping strength in each of us.
Be able to recognise unhealthy patterns in daily life and when the stress switch is activated.
Remain calm in previously stressful situations.
Gain confidence and be able to improve your happiness at will.
