From my first breathing session I was hooked, the feeling, the change in my body and mind, I knew I'd found something special. Then my first ice bath, after gradually exposing myself to the cold which I had avoided all my life, taught me to be calm, this is treasure. I knew then I had to learn how teach it and share The Wim Hof Method.

Being a Pilates Instructor I am very interested in mobility and human movement, this sits nicely with The Wim Hof Method as it couples movement with the breath. Combining the three pillars with core stability/endurance is a potent mix, helping you improve your life and actually live your life, isn’t that what it’s all about?

My mission is to help people use their body to battle their mind, modern stress is mental now, we need tools to help us stay balanced, we have plenty to share.

I think a few phrases I live by will help you understand me more, “come out of the noise and into the feeling”, this is mainly attached to The Wim Hof Method as it gives you access to how things feel, making your body louder than you mind amongst many other benefits.

“Breath is the bridge” because when your mind is scattered you can use your breath to reunite with your body, allowing you to take a break or control when you like.

“Everyone should do Pilates” as this describes one of my goals, it doesn’t matter what “restrictions” you may have I will find a way for you to participate and progress. My teaching style is fun and informative which is how my workshops are, so expect and enjoyable experience with a few smiles along the way, I love making connections and seeing people flourish.

Oh, one final phrase, "being kind is all that matters" because it is.
