I have guided and taught professionally throughout South East Alaska, the Yukon, British Columbia, the American West, and the Baja. Exploring the waterways, mountains and landscapes, both inner and outer. I encountered bears, whales, weather and bugs, as teachers, on my own personal quest for deeper self-understanding, awareness, and synchronicity with Nature. 

The WIM HOF Method has been a culminative intgration piece for myself with these teachings. My passion and my calling is to share with you the profound insights that the Method can provide each of us with, in a supportive and inspiring method of delivery that empowers and delights.
