MY WIM HOF METHOD JOURNEY
Growing up in Australia I was regularly getting sick and suffered from chronic fatigue and social anxiety. Not knowing how to change I found myself just accepting that I was born a weak human. Later in life a series of events that took a toll on my mental and physical health led me on a path to learn how to optimise my wellbeing and break past my own perceived limits.
I came across the Wim Hof Method (WHM) in 2015 and after training with Wim Hof in 2016 and 2017 in Australia I knew I had found something special. It opened me up to powerful tool we all have right under our very own nose: our breath.
The WHM has been the best tool in helping me sustain balance amidst the fast-paced lifestyle of Hong Kong. My mission is to help spread the importance and benefits of conscious breathing to Hong Kong and beyond. So if you’re ready to upgrade your human experience, let’s breathe & chill!
The WHM is simple enough for everyone to learn and practice, all it takes is commitment.
