Ben has dedicated his professional career to assisting his community in times of need. From an Ocean Lifeguard, Firefighter, Underground Rescue Team Leader, and most recently managing state highways in emergencies, Ben has been faced with some of the most challenging circumstances that can be presented to humans.

The life changing benefits of the WHM practice has become part of Ben's everyday life to promote health and approach critical situations with ease. 

Realising that his passion now lies in working with the community before they are in need of critical care, Ben has now left the emergency service world behind and is immersed in spreading the word that everyone can be Healthy, Happy and Strong.
