I have worked in medicine for over 20 years on the frontline in critical care. I know first-hand the limitations of conventional medicine and undertaken my own personal journey of recovery and discovery after suffering a debilitating spinal injury. The Wim Hof method has been a powerful tool to physically and emotionally transform my life.

You will learn the science behind the method and I will give you practical tips on how to incorporate the method in to your daily life. I strive to make each workshop a unique experience with a focus on fun. With my medical background, rest assured you are in safe hands.

I offer ongoing support and encouragement. Many participants of my workshops go on to attend my regular monthly WHM breathwork classes and ice baths. To reconnect and foster the Wim Hof community spirit and continue their own journey.
