“The cold is my warm friend” – Wim Hof
When I first heard of the Iceman I was still in college juggling work, camps, and music gigs. To be in nature was my biggest passion; it taught me a lot about myself and built my character. One day I was watching TV and I was astounded to see a human break all the impossible records; especially for me, a young man who has always been interested in mind over body power and endurance; It was the day I saw Wim running the Lapland marathon half-naked and in sandals!
This sight blew my mind!
After that, the quest for this knowledge and practice began to grow.
In 2016 I joined the WHM expedition in Poland where Wim guided us through this life-changing experience and from then on I decided to share this knowledge and give back to the world what I believe is one big guide book for my life.
I built a beautiful connection with him the moment we met which motivated me to work on myself more.
I started fixing my injuries and working on my well being more than ever, and then I began using the Wim Hof Method in my personal expeditions and Adventures in India (Himalayas) , United Kingdom , Spain, Austria, Hungary, Finland, South Africa, and many other beautiful places… In the sports performance, it improved my physical endurance and strength like a skyrocket.
I began a wonderful journey in 2018 and had the chance to team up with other instructors in Iceland and Lebanon.
Now, I am bringing this approach to the Middle East, to my home country Lebanon and spreading it to the United Arab Emirates as well. I am hoping to eventually expand to other countries all around the world and share this beautiful method.
As I also am a Filmmaker, I feel blessed to be able to merge my skills with this newly found passion, alongside my musical thirst for beautiful harmonies which can boost the group’s energy while breathing and enjoying the bond of the group; For I have been a musician ever since I could hold an instrument.
In addition, I am a survival instructor and spend most of my time in the wilderness embracing what nature has to offer, which is a never-ending journey.
In my quests, I always seek a raw and natural environment to practice my therapy, be it in sound/music, Yoga and, mindfulness while maintaining an athletic and physical strength ground/base with my body.
I always like to add my personal genuine touch and share with my participants all the skills and experience that I gained in the WHM alongside some beautiful tangible memories.
Remember: the sky isn't the limit; it's the mind!
See you soon in the Ice...
