My name is Ayram Texidor, I'm a US Army veteran and a human performance coach born and raised in Puerto Rico and now living in Orlando, Florida. For the last 11 years I’ve been working with a diverse range of athletes and organizations across various sports worldwide including MLB, ITTF, NFL and Puerto Rico Olympic Committee.

In April 2022, I found myself searching for healing in Peru after years of struggling with symptoms of childhood and military trauma. I was introduced to the power of breathing during an Ayahuasca ceremony which brought me back to life. It showed me how to heal myself and help others. This experience put me on a journey of holistic health and in my search for knowledge on breathwork I cross paths with the Wim Hof Method.

The method is now a huge pillar in my life. It helped me make peace with my past, accept the things outside of my control and reconnect with nature.

Becoming a Wim Hof Method Instructor gives me the platform to share my story and opportunity to spark the healing and self-realization journey of those I come in contact with.
