In 2022, I achieved a significant milestone by becoming an instructor. One of the highlights of this journey was spending time in Poland with Wim Hof himself. His boundless enthusiasm and visionary foresight were absolutely infectious. It was in Poland that I truly grasped how I could share the transformative power of the Wim Hof Method with everyone, helping them to become stronger, happier, and healthier. Advancing and emersing myself in the method I became a Level 2 instructor, and have had the incredible opportunity to teach the Wim Hof Method in numerous countries, including Norway, Bulgaria, Wales, and Cyprus.

This chapter of my life has been a thrilling ride, and I am more excited than ever to continue spreading the life-changing benefits of the Wim Hof Method to people around the world.
