Hello, my name is Alexandre Santerre, I am a 500 RYT, a Wim Hof certified Method instructor and a Holistic medicine therapist.

Through the past years, I have been exploring many ways to elevate my vitality, my wellness and strengthen my mind.

I feel like now is the time to share my knowledge with others.

My mission is helping others liberate their higher self through a healthy lifestyle. Where the confident, brave and happy side takes over. Doing so, by hosting safe and peaceful environments where the reconnection with the body, mind and soul takes place.

I am a strong advocate for a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and other holistic practices. I guide my clients to incorporate theses practices towards habits so that their higher self can be released.
