- I have been practicing the Method since 2016. I have been using the method for athletic performance but only found the true depth and potential in the 2018 and 2019 winter expeditions with Wim. I became inspired to share the amazing benefits of the method - physiological, physiological, and spiritual - and to deliver it in a way that is easy to connect with while staying true to the WHM methodology.
