After many carreers among which: being a lawyer, a beachbar/restaurant owner and project developer, I have found my passion in breathing! An extraordinary powerfull tool for better health, a happy life, more balance, more positivity, less stress and a lot of self-love. 

When I discovered the power of breathin I quickly got in to the WHM. I have been taking cold dips in the Northsea for 14 years and knew the power of cold. But the combination of the breathing, cold and mindset blew me away. 

I know one thing for sure, I have to share this with the world and spread the love!
