I have always had a passion for Nature, Sports and Outdoor Activities in snow and ice, with a special interest in the Body-Mind-Connection. As a moutaineer I have done many challenging treks and winter survival activities. I lived in Alpine areas for more than 10 years.

Throughout my career I have worked as an International HR Director and Executive Coach. I have extended experience in leading teams and delivering trainings in the field of personal growth and development.
