I am a psychologist, dietician, healer, breath and ice meditation student and practitioner- guiding people on journeys, assisting them to find peace and tranquillity in moments of extreme discomfort. In order to make effective decisions in the most critical situations in life, it is important to be in touch with your natural stress responses so that you can interact with the surrounding people and environment at your highest potential.
I am half Russian and half Indian, originally from Estonia, but I have lived in different places. As a child, I had problems with my lungs and overall, my health was not at its best. I was introduced to Dr. Buteyko in Ukraine, who was the first person to show me breathing techniques which I could practice at home to boost my immune system. In my university years, I met Wim Hof (known as the ‘Ice Man’), from whom I got the extensive experience and knowledge into another type of breathwork developed by him, and gradual cold exposure practices. I got the unique opportunity to train my consistency skills and commitment, travel with Wim and learn the ‘Wim Hof Method’ in Australia, Spain and Holland.
Simple and accessible techniques which I share, helped me overcome my intense moments of stress, depression and even drug abuse. From a perspective in psychology I teach and blend these methods with unique sounds and meditative journeys. I believe that conscious breath is one of the next paradigm shift in humanity.
