Simon is an explorer in all things physical and mental. In his teens, he practiced Ju-Jutsu for 7 years and continued to explore other martial arts like Judo and meanwhile Wing Chun. Simon is a regular practitioner of calisthenics and Ido Portal movement.
His natural curiosity brought him to the Wim Hof Method when he struggled to improve his health. The Wim Hof Method has allowed him not only to break the negative spiral of chronic stress but also to better connect his mind and body.
His professional background lies in banking and IT consulting. He is thus well aware of the stressful challenges that await many of us daily. Finding the right balance between action and rest is a delicate endeavor. Simon will ensure to ask the right questions and he will give you tips and practical exercises for your mind-body balance.
He made it his mission to lower the health costs of Switzerland by bringing the Wim Hof Method to as many people as possible.
Simon organizes regular charity events involving the Wim Hof Method and donates to people in need.
