When I stepped into my first ice bath I felt a shift within myslef. I saw the beggining of a new chapter in my life, and I knew that the Wim Hof Method was going to be a part of it.
Since then, the method has guided me back to my true nature, and helped me discover inner strength that I didn't know existed. Through the WHM I learnt how to find peace in a difficult moment.
I saw the influence that this method had in my life so I made it my mission to bring people together and give them an opportunity to discover the love and power they hold within themselves.
