My journey into the Wim Hof Method was about survival—it was my lifeline.
For five years, I suffered from chronic joint inflammation, often unable to walk. Sleep was nearly impossible, limited to just two hours a night. My body was failing me, my mind was breaking, and my future was slipping away. My studies collapsed, my relationship fell apart, and it seemed like there was no way out.
But I refused to accept defeat. Through extreme discipline, sheer willpower, and the Wim Hof Method, I fought my way back. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, I didn’t just recover—I became something greater. My body healed, my mind sharpened, and against all odds, I completed my Master’s degree in Architecture. Today, I am completely pain-free, with no inflammation in my body.
During the winter expedition, high in the snow-covered mountains, I shared my story with Wim. He was amazed and told me something I had always felt deep inside—I was meant to teach others how to heal. He called me a healer and said that no one is better suited to guide others on their healing journey than someone who has done it themselves. But it wasn’t in that moment that my mission became clear to me—my entire journey, every struggle and hardship, had been shaping me for this purpose. The years of darkness weren’t just suffering—they were preparation. Through those challenges, I discovered my mission, and Wim’s words simply confirmed what life had already taught me.
But here’s the truth: I healed myself. The Wim Hof Method gave me the tools, but I was the one who used them. No one can do it for you. True healing comes from within, and we are all responsible for our transformation. I can be your guide, your cheerleader, pushing you forward—but in the end, the work is yours to do. I can show you the door, but only you can walk through it.
True health is not just about breathwork and cold exposure. What you eat is just as important as what you don’t eat. I’ve spent years studying nutrition, fasting, and how food impacts both body and mind. Healing and peak performance come from a combination of breath, movement, mindset, and the right fuel for your body. Food can either heal you or destroy you, and I teach people how to take control of their health through conscious eating and fasting.
Today, I train my body and mind daily through Yoga, Calisthenics, and MMA—building strength, discipline, and clarity. My relationships are deeper, my mindset unshakable.
I also help men develop true masculinity—building strength, confidence, and resilience. With 15 years of relationship experience, including three long-term relationships and numerous shorter ones, I know what works.
