We are here to awaken from the illusion of our separateness.
Growing up I was always mixing myself into the some sort of physical activity. It was not until I learned how to swim at the early age of four that I realized how much I enjoyed learning a new skill. After swimming I shuffled into every team sport imaginable. Football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, track and even some solo sports such as snowboarding and kitesurfing. After college I took an internship working as assistant strength coach at a local powerlifting gym. Where I helped coached full body boot camps and classes. I also competed in three strongman shows while I worked there. But after suffering from several injuries I changed my training regimen to lower the impact on my joints. Later on I started working at another gym, as a stress coach which I am still at. Through exploring new ways of thinking, I decided to sit for a ten day silent Vipassanna meditation retreat. After which I stumble across the Wim Hof Method and dove right in. I traveled to Poland for my thirtieth birthday and spent three days immersing my body in freezing cold water. And on the fourth day we climbed the famous Mt. Snezka during a snow storm only wearing shorts. From there on out I knew I had to learn more about this amazing method and do my part in spreading the word about WHM. I continued the path and finished training through the Wim Hof Method Academy, and am now an instructor with Innerfire. My passion is to continue to learn, grow and teach people that desire to become better versions of themselves.
