What is possible?

In the last 10 years I’ve often found myself asking this question. On a lifelong path of self growth I've always been open and curious. I consume a steady diet of brain science, the subconscious mind and new ideas about exercise, health and the body's abiltiy to heal itself.

This led me to Wim Hof. I started with the breathing technique, wow! And then I conquered my fear of the cold. Incredible! The word empowering was an understatement, I was ON FIRE and my first instinct was “You have to share this!” Which compelled me to become a Wim Hof Method Instructor. The fire is still burning and I continue to ask "What is possible?"
