I grew up in a rural area, close to nature , spending most of my formative years hiking all over the country. In my opinion , this method gives connections back to nature and to our self.
After my army service, I was diagnosed with PTSD. In the beginning of this period, it was very difficult for me to lead a normal life – relationships, study and work,
I decided (before learning about this method) to start each day walking in nature. Immersion in a cool stream, physical training in nature, prayer and meditation. In this way, I was able to recover and get back to myself. After two years of this daily ritual, I received the film of WIM and this interested me greatly and I decided to take the first online course. This proved to be very powerful for me , as I received correct tools for dealing with cold, techniques for breathing and more.
My condition has improved immensely because of this.
I feel that this method is a gift to the world in general and for people suffering from PTSD in particular and want to pass it on and do good for others.
In terms of my education, I have a bachelor's degree in education, a master's degree in social work, a group leader, a physical fitness trainer and an Wim Hof method level 1 instructor. I am the founder and manager of a company Nooa that specializes in accompanying growth and development processes among children, youth and adults. The company was founded 4 years ago and has changed the lives of over 5000 people.
