I'm a professional performer and I travel a lot. That's sometimes very stressful and I have found my solution which is Wim Hof method.
I've been training and learning over two years now and I'm convinced that this is an easy way for everyone to learn more about themselves, get control of their bodies and a great way to prove yourself whatever the goals are.
