I have always been attracted to the cold. Being born and raised in Sweden cold was there in abundance. When I played with the cold as a kid I realised that if I did not breath calmly the cold would be more painful. When I found the Wim Hof Method, a lot of my previous experiences with cold became more clear. And I got more and much better tools to use the cold as a way to feel better and stay more focused and present.
One aspect that I really enjoy with the metod is the group dynamic aspect. To me it is very clear that when we for example enter ice water as a group, we become so much stronger, than if we face the cold alone. We give each other strength and create a very nice bond to each other when we share an experience like that. This aspect of the method is one I want others to experience.
