I was born in Coventry England and I am now living on beautiful Vancouver Island. My jouney has been a whirlwind but I am finally getting to live out my passion.  I have gone from being a plumber and gas fitter, to building and owning my own restaurant.  Now,  I am starting to diversify my skill set with my passion. 

After completing Level 1 WHM training I now have the tools to help others live a more fulfilling life.  Finding the WHM has helped me out of depression, regained my confidence, and enabled me to be stronger both mentally and physically.  I want to share with you what I have been lucky enough to learn throughout my education.  

My philosophy is, no one should be suffering, and it is my mission to help as many people as possible live their best life.
