I'm Marie, 29 years old, painter, mother, but above all very sensitive soul. From the age of 10 I firmly knew I was brought to this world to convey beauty and emotion. For me, the Wim Hof Method is part of that mission. I even like to compare it to a painting: it brings the beauty from inside the artist - or the practitioner - to the outside through the painting - or through glow, energy, emotions. To just BEING in this moment.
