In 2023 I started traveling with my family (my wife and two children) through Europe in a campervan. While traveling I experienced the power of nature and practicing Wim Hof accelerates that feeling. My Wim Hof experience started eight years ago by attending a workshop. In that workshop I experienced the power within me and how to tap into that power. I have settled in a small village in Central Portugal where life is simple and beautiful. Here I selected two beautiful locations to give my WHM workshops. Both locations are in the middle of nature: UXA Paraiso in Penela where we are surrounded by the birds and nature only and in Quinta do Areal, which is a beautiful restored farmhouse in Lousã.
