I am a French personal trainer, and an enthousiastic triathlete. Adventurer at heart, when I am not on my bike, I am probably ice dipping or gone on a wild swim. The Wim Hof Method have transformed the way I live : by reconnecting with myself, not only the practice unleashed my athletic potential.
