I came across the Method through my (never ending) self-development journey. After Implementing this Method into my Life, I noticed a significant improvment in my mood, presence, and self-confidence. I also found an Increase in my Will Power, Focus, Metabolism, Endurance, Immune Health, and my tolerance to stress.
My favourite aspects of this method are its ability to empower people, strengthen minds, and connect humans back to ourselves and nature. The Immune Boosting and Fat Burning effects are a great bonus.
