Josh grew up in Montana, most of his time exploring the wilderness on the prairies, valleys and mountains. That set a deep imprint in him and he always feels at home in nature. He spent years as a skibum traveling and skiing in the mountains until he at one moment wanted to find a deeper meaning. His soul search began and he started learning about sustainability and empowerment on a practical level. Building natural homes, growing food, designing landscapes and communities. After years of traveling and working with this he started to become more aware (from experience)that for anyone to create a sustainable life in any way they must also have a sustainable way of taking care of themselves! So now what Joshua wants is to share is this: bringing people together to grow therir inner power, energy, joy, love for life, connection to nature and to be able to create their best lives with a sustainable body, mind and spirit. From there we can all make a positive impact and live our best lives!
Joshua lives in sweden, in a tinyhouse he is an adventurer, outdoor guide, natural builder , facilitator, Wim hof method instructor, breathworker, barefoot runner, cold water surfer, skier, climber and entrepreneur.
Lives by "Feeling is understanding", "begginers mind",
