My life is all about fire and ice. I am a Wildland Firefighter by day and Wim Hof Method Instructor by trade. I traveled all the way to Przesieka, Poland after meeting Wim Hof in Australia and again in California to study with innerfire and learn the true power of ice. These two disciplines have helped me tremendously in understanding my own nature.

I truly believe that working with the breath and natural environment around us has the potential to change the world both outside and within.
