A few years ago I reschooled myself to be a primary school teacher. I really felt the urge to make a difference in the lives of the people on this planet. During this time I came in contact with the Wim Hof Method. As a teacher I noticed the enormous influence this method has on all levels of learning and understanding. The impact it can have on an individual is unprecedented. As I became more involved with the method I realised I didn't have another option: I needed to become an instructor and combine this with my regular primary school teachings.

So here I am. An instructor and a primary school teacher. Ready to teach parents, kids and whoever wants to hear my message of making a positive difference in this world.
