From my perspective, the most important part of the Wim Hof Method is that through ice exposure we are powerfully connecting with nature and finding very strong peace of mind in that moment. I believe that in every possible way we should go back to nature. By going back as much as we can, we would get our strength, health and wisdom back. I have found my own strength and passion from there always – as well as my peace of mind. I love outdoors activities of all kind, and my passion is to take people to wilderness. To connect with nature and through that find their own nature.
Before becoming an instructor, I have been struggling with anxiety. I have treated myself with therapy, meditation and yoga, as I have always believed in natural healing. When I found Wim Hof Method I felt I have found it finally. Through WHM I gradually build my tolerance for the cold, but also I gradually built my inner strength and trust to myself and life. If you have similar conditions, I might be able to give you some valuable tips for your better wellbeing. I have been living all my life in Finland, where it is luckily good amount of cold available for good Hoffing. I'm have started my WHM instructor activities after getting certified in December 2018. The reason I became an certified WHM instructor is that this method has been so useful for myself in my every day life, so I want to share it to everyone, who also wants to get more happier, heathier and stronger in their lives.
I'm working in marketing agency as an Art Director, and it requires a lot of passion and creativity almost every day. I have noticed how by lowering my stress I can get more inspiration for my daily work. I want to help people to find their own creativity flow with this method.
