I was born in Bucaramanga (Colombia) and since I was a kid I lived in a Martial Arts setting. This helped me grow with dedication and discipline. 

I dedicated with passion to Martial Arts, competing professionally.

Martial Arts gave full sense and meaning to my life, until one day, when I had a knee injury. I needed surgery but I wanted a natural way of healing. ¡That's when I found about Wim Hof!

My plan was to heal my knee and get back in the ring. But I had no idea the amount of beautiful feelings and experiences that would arise from this method. My connection with nature, with my body, with my emotions, with my thoughts and mind, with my spirituality started spiking and the love I started to feel within and with others around me became a strong stance from where I made the choice to dedicate full time to the WHM as an instructor. 

I still love Martial Arts, but... The Ice Tribe took over in my life!

These practices can lead to deep states of wellbeing, high energy and inner growth.
