At the workshop, you’ll learn to breathe fully and deeply, improving your health, giving you more energy and reducing stress.
It's simple - Inhale, Exhale or STOP breathing.

Focus
You’ll learn to improve your focus and determination, helping you explore and eventually master both your body and your mind.

Cold therapy
Finally, you will experience how gradual exposure to the cold strengthens your immune system, balances hormone levels and 
elevates your mood by producing endorphins - the “feel good” chemicals in the brain.

I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to heal myself. Now it's time to help other help themselves. 


BACKGROUND
I worked for many years as a Internetworking expert. Teaching the in and out's in this complex world. 

Now I’m fully dedicated to find and learn tools that can help everyone to reconnect with their body and mind to find your own perfect balance.

At work, Sports or in life.


APPROACH
I think that a strong connection to both body and nature is necessary to overcome stress and live a healthy life.

My approach is based on the awareness of the mind/body connection to awaken the sleeping strength in each of us. 

OBJECTIVE
Improve general wellbeing and 
Gain confidence and be able to improve your happiness at will.


I am very excited about teaching the method to others as it’s a great tool to show people how to blow one's mind wide open as to what is possible to achieve.
Take control of your wellbeing and to get away from the mentality that we need to “outsource” this aspect of our lives.

I love and believe in the idea that truly anyone can grasp and benefit from this method and am honored to be able to share it with people to help them on the path to optimal performance and health.
