There was a time when I thought success meant working harder than everyone else. I built a thriving real estate career, then jumped into the whirlwind of a tech startup. I was the overachiever—burning the candle at both ends, skipping meals, surviving on caffeine, and wearing my stress like a badge of honor. But inside, I was crumbling. Anxiety kept me awake at night, my digestion was a mess, and I felt disconnected from everyone—even myself.  

One day, a traditional Chinese doctor looked me in the eye and said, “You’re bankrupting your health.” Those words hit me like a thunderclap. I realized I was trading my well-being for a version of success that left me empty.  

I knew I had to change. I dove into yoga, earned my 200-hour certification, and explored meditation and Ayurveda. These practices helped, but it wasn’t until I discovered the Wim Hof Method that everything shifted. The first time I tried the breathwork, I felt a surge of energy I hadn’t felt in years. The cold exposure? It was like a reset button for my nervous system. For the first time in a long time, I felt alive.  

But the real magic happened when I saw the same transformation in others. Friends, family, even strangers—watching them light up as they tapped into their own strength was unforgettable. That’s when I knew I had to share this method with the world.  

Now, as a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, my mission is simple: to help people like you break free from stress, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the joy of living. I’ve been where you are—stuck, overwhelmed, and searching for a way out. And I’ve found a path forward.
